How about a $5 stamp set? Thats how much this stamp set is with a $50 order.
|I haven't used this technique in a very long time. Its called " Stain Glass". You emboss using white embossing powder, and then color on the back side of your velum paper, (#101856, page 160). Thanks to Kelly Acheson at A Stamp Above. I saw it on her blog and new I had to case it. I used different colors, but the concept is the same. I stamped with white Craft Ink and embossed with White Embossing Powder. Then on the BACK side of your Vellum you color your flowers with markers, I used Summer Starfruit & Gumball Green. When you turn it over it looks like stained glass. I punched it out with the 2 1/2" Circle Punch and another one in Whisper White to put under the Velum. I used a dot of Tombow glue (and I mean a little dot) on the back of each flower to adhere to the white cardstock, sponged around the edge with Summer Starfruit ink (I'm trying really hard to like this color) and mounted it on the larger Doily, (from the Delicate Doilies. The larger doily is about 3 1/4" round). I sponged around the Doily too. Added my ribbon to the Birds of a Feather dsp and with dimensionals added the flowers. My sentiment is from the One in a Million stamp set (love this set). Inside says, That makes you One in a Million! So fun!|
