Convention Gifts

I know I've been missing my blog posts for the past week. But I have a good excuse.......I've been busy making my convention gifts & swaps. I am going to try and get several posts done so they will automatically post while I'm gone. I also am going to try and post from convention.  I will be flying to Utah this time tomorrow for Stampin' Up!'s Convention. It will be so nice to see some of my cyber friends. So here are some of the Fabric Roses my friends will get from me. 

I made up a bunch of Fabric Roses and made them into Flower Pins by adding a pin on the back. Well once I got the flowers done, I thought, I can't just give them the Rose Pins.......You always need chocolate, right? So in a large cello bag I put the Rose Pin & a Ghirardelli chocolate. Then I couldn't just give them the cello bag, right? So I made toppers for the bags. I used the Floral Frames Framelits & the Labels Collection Framelits. The largest flower & label make the perfect bag topper. I cut them out using the Floral District dsp & the Polka Dot Parade dsp. Then using the From My Heart stamp set, I used the Friendship stamp. I tried to match the fabric & dsp to each flower. Stampin' Up! makes this so easy for us. I also added 3 little roses. I hope they like them.

If you don't have these Framelits yet........You REALLY, REALLY need them. I use them for so many of my cards and 3-d projects.
