This is my first video. I hope you take the time to leave me a comment. Let me know how I did. Many thanks to my son, Michael. He did all the editing. If not for him, I'm sure I couldn't figure this stuff out for myself.

Thanks so much, Cindee! What a great technique and the end result is beautiful. After watching your fabulous video (can't believe this was your first - you were great!), this is something that I thought was hard, but you made it look so easy. Now I can't wait to get started on making some of my own! Thanks so much, and I am looking forward to seeing more videos from you!

ReplyDeleteYou did a terrific job! Just be careful because several times you got very low in the frame and we don't want to miss anything you have to show! By the way, you forgot to show us the "what happens when you twist the wrong way" sample. I still want to see what happens. Can't wait for your next attempt, but you were awesome! Thanks.
ReplyDeleteHi Cindee, thanks for doing the video, it helps refresh my feeble brain from Patty's class! LOL I think you did a great job for your first video and they will only get better. Keep up the good work!

Nice work Cindee!! Congratulations on your first video...may there be many more!
ReplyDeleteVery nice and thanks to your son for helping. The only thing I can suggest, when using a hot glue gun for any reason.... keep a cup nearby with 1 or 2 ice cubes in it. That way, should you get the glue on your finger... you can IMMEDIATELY put it on the ice cube and prevent burns or blisters. Ask ME how I know, lol. Great job.
ReplyDeleteI think I know how you know about the open weave and too much glue - been there and done that. OUCH!
ReplyDeleteGreat job on your tutorial. Thanks for making it so we too can enjoy making these pretty flowers. Looking forward to your next tutorial video.
