Bootiful Occasions Halloween Card!

I saw this card on Stampin' Lizbess' blog and new I had to make one.  I thought these were different colors for a Halloween card. Glue your circles down (make sure a few go off your card) and then run it through the Big Shot with the embossing folder.

 Here is what I used:
Basic Black, Tempting Turquoise, Rich Razzleberry, Old Olive & Whisper White cardstock

Square Lattice Embossing Folder
Decorative Label, 3/4", 1" & 1 1/4" Circle Punches
Versamark & Black Stazon Ink
Black Embossing Powder
Rich Razzleberry 1/4" Stitched Grosgrain Ribbon & White Bakers Twine
