Over the months we've noticed quality issues with this product, but they were within normal tolerance. We've also received some great feedback and know that many of you have thoroughly enjoyed working with the Blendabilities. However, when corrections and complaints became more and more frequent, we increased the sophistication of our quality testing. This led to discoveries that meant we had a serious problem with the product line. Although these are still great markers, our manufactured is now reporting a 30 to 40 perfect fail rate before they are shipped to Stampin' Up! which is unacceptable.
What does this mean? You can no longer purchase Blendabilities. Stampin' Up! is returning all remaining product back to the manufacture.
What to do if:
1. You have purchased Blendabilities and they are currently on Backorder. Do nothing. A refund will be automatically processed with the next month.
2. You selected Blendabilities as one of your FREE Sale-a-bration items, they are on backorder or defective. Contact me (or which ever demo you ordered from) with your new Sale-a-bration selection and I will contact SU.
