Watercolored Beautiful You Note Card

The Beautiful You stamp set is a great way to get your "feet" wet using the Watercolor Pencils. I am taking an online class and learning so much. Stamp your girl onto Watercolor Paper with Black Archival ink (so it doesn't smear). The one on the left I used Pacific Point and Bermuda Bay Watercolor Pencils. The right one I used Real Red and Calypso Coral.

Did you notice how cute the "patterned" umbrellas are? We stamped just the umbrella onto the Sending Love Designer Series Paper Stack, then fussy cut. It was easy to cut. We also cut out the girl after we watercolored her, then added her to a piece of the Serene Scenery Designer Series Paper. The rain drops and water are both Dapper Denim Ink. The sentiment is from the Sealed with Love stamp set.

For this one we just mounted directly onto the Note Card. I "winked" the water with Clear Wink of Stella. Can you see it?

I love the extra "pop" of Real Red on this one. Which do you like better?

Did you notice, another card I didn't use the Big Shot or even a dimensional? See it can be done......
