Christmas Cards!

In the next couple of days I will be sharing cards that we did in my last Stamp-a-stack along with some fun tags, and candy gifts. I should also note that most of all of these items were CASED from someone. I made them sometime ago and can't remember who on most of them.
As you see in the first two cards, I'm LOVING the Red & Silver Glimmer paper. I first embossed about 1/2 of the card with the Snow Burst Embossing folder. The "gifts" were punched with the 1 1/4" square punch and the "ribbon" is our Blossom Bouquet Triple Layer punch (say that fast 3 times....). I just used half of the punch. Added a strip to go down each gift. I used the 5/8" Whisper White Organza ribbon and the saying is from, Christmas Greetings. I use that set a lot for my greeting and to stamp inside of my cards.
My second card has a base of Cherry Cobbler. I added 3 strips of Silver Glimmer Paper cut about 3/4" wide, 4" long and then cut at a diagonal. The Northern Frost Sizzlit die was used to die cut the snowflake. TIP: with the Glimmer Paper you need to place the paper right side up with the plastic backing touching the die and use a paper shim to get it to cut through the paper. You will still have to poke most of the pieces out, but so worth the trouble. Then we die cut the Oval Designer Frame on Whisper White and cut that out. The saying is from Word Play, stamped in Cherry Cobbler. We added some Rhinestones in the center of the "O" and a red Glimmer brad in the center of the snowflake.
Next up is this card which was embossed with the Northern Flurry folder in Vanilla. We then die cut the snowflakes with the Northern Frost die in Vanilla & Soft Suede, added Pearls to the centers and ribbon around the bottom half of the card. The saying is from Bells & Boughs. After stamping, punch out using the large oval punch and sponge around it with Soft Suede. Also added 3 Pearls under the stamped saying.
All of these cards were sprayed with Shimmer Mist to make them SHIMMER!
