I found this card on Jackie Topa's blog. She has some awesome punch art. I just changed up the colors on my version.
Here is what I used:
Crumb Cake, Not Quite Navy, Marina Mist, Pear Pizzazz & Vanilla c/s
Bird Builder, Small Heart & 1 1/4" Circle Punch
Everything Eleanor Stamp set ( the bird on the inside of the card)
Stripes Embossing Folder
Simply Scored & Diagonal Board (these two items are a "must have") 

This is the inside. Everything Eleanor Stamp Set will be available on June 1st. I received mine at Leadership in January. Its an awesome set!
