Betsy's Bloom Card

Isn't this card beautiful? Many thanks to Jolie Newman who purchased a retired die from me and this is the card she sent with her check. The Floral District dsp & Betsy's Bloom stamp set just makes me "Happy". I love all the layers and of course the flag. If you look back at many of my cards I have been using these flags, all different sizes, some fat, some skinny, you get the idea. I just love flags too! So thanks again to Jolie for this fabulous card!
