This and That Epic Day Meets Oh Hello!

I don't know where my days go......have you ever felt that you were busy all day, but don't know what you did? That seems to be my life here lately.......

Ok, now on to a fun card my Club Gals made this month. I have seen several of these cards and always thought it was just too much trouble........NOT SO! In fact they are soooooo easy!
I LOVE, LOVE the This and That Epic Day dsp. Usually I'm not drawn to these colors, but for some reason I am to this paper. See that button in the bottom right corner? Its not really a button........its made from clay and then colored with re-inker.  This clay is in our new catalog that goes live on the 31st. The clay is very soft and pliable. You put it in the mold and let dry overnight. We have 2 molds too, buttons on one, and flowers on another! Who knew I would love this product too!

You can watch my video on how to make the flower HERE!
So here is how you cut your dsp to make the starburst:
You need 3 pieces of dsp cut at, 1 1/2" x 4 1/2". Take each piece and put in your paper trimmer like this:
Sorry for the glare, but you can see that I have the paper with one corner at the top right and the bottom left corner ready to cut.

Here is what you should have after cutting. One tip I have is, put your cut dsp in the pattern that you like first, and they can be overlapping a bit, then adhere it down. Only glue in the center of each piece as you will cut off the part of the points and at the top.
If you need more instructions let me know and I will do a tutorial.
