Now For Something Fun! Flower Shop Display

Right before I went on vacation I received the Flower Shop Bundle. I could hardly wait to use it! Patty Bennett also challenged us to make any framed item show casing any new dsp. So here is mine. Cutting it close as tomorrow is the last day to participate. This is for anyone on her team.

I've stamped each of the flowers in the Flower Shop Stamp Set with coordinating colors from the Gingham Garden dsp. So, Daffodil Delight, Pear Pizzazz, Island Indigo, Melon Mambo, & Not Quite Navy.

I cut out different size flags or banners and adhered them to my Whisper White Cardstock, then added the flowers (2 layers of flowers for each one). Then I punched the large and small butterflied in different dsp and layered them onto the flowers. Then I punched out the little flowers and added a Candy Dot to the center and layered them on top of the butterflies.

I always like to add a little something to the outside of my frame. This flower was featured in an issue of Stampin' Success which is a magazine we demos receive every other month. It has tips and tricks and business ideas in each issue. Can you guess what stamp set I used to make this flower? Its the Tape It stamp set, great for making your own Washi Tape. So clever! For the center of the flower I used one of the new In Color Boutique Details. I hot glued it to the inside of the flower, made up some leaves with dsp and glue them to the flower and then hot glued the flower to my frame. Added another butterfly too!
