Anthony's Pre-school Graduation and Teacher Gift

Yesterday my grandson had his pre-school graduation party.
Miss Nanette had these shirts made for the kids. Then they added their hand prints.
Mom (my daughter) and grandson, Anthony.
Miss Nanette asked each of the kids what they wanted to be when they grow up. (sorry this is a blurry photo, but such an important one). We weren't sure if he would tell everyone as he doesn't like to be the center of attention. But he said he wants to be a "motorcycle" driver. Lord help us all!

This is the whole group. Anthony is sitting on the bottom left side.
One of the mom's made this super cute cake. Hard to believe the kids will graduate High School in 2027.
A friend gave me a couple of paint cans, (this one is see through) and I thought this could be a great teacher gift. So I added a strip of Watercolor Wonder dsp, (this is my favorite pattern in that paper. I've been hording it.) Added some Chevron ribbon, butterflies on the can.
This is the top of the can. I cut the largest Circle Framelits in Island Indigo and added some Spiral Flowers and butterflies. The leaves are cut free hand (the only thing I can cut without a pattern), then put through the paper crimper and sponged.
This is the tag I made for the outside. I used the stamps from the
April My Paper Pumpkin and a Spiral Flower.
When you sign up for My Paper Pumpkin you can get your first kit for half off. Today is the deadline. You can check it out HERE! You can't see the handle, but I added several bits of ribbon. Inside the can I added about 12 handmade cards with envelopes and tied them up with a pretty ribbon. There is also a little candy treat inside too. I will share the rest of the items we gave Miss Nanette tomorrow. She loved the paint can.
