It is the season for graduations, so in keeping with Deer Valley's School Colors (Bermuda Bay, Silver, Shimmery White), (don't you always think in Stampin' Up! Colors?) which is the High School both of my kids went to many years ago. And after making the card and typing up this post, just realized that the white should be black.....this will have to do!
This was a pretty easy card when you use the Perfect Pennants Die. And since we only have the 1" square, I also used the Square Framelits (smallest one) for the hat. The Stripes Embossing folder is on the Retirement list. I actually got this card from Dawn O.
