This stamp set is quickly becoming one of my favorites. Its called Pictogram Punches.

 You can see here I used the Star Framelits and the Party Pennants Bigz Die.

 I don't know why this photo is pink. I took it the same time as the other ones........

 Have you seen the "Decorative Masks" on page 205? We have two sets, Hearts and Stars, and also Dots and Strips. I did a fun technique for the bottom of my card. 

 

I used Embossing Paste to fill in the stars. I purchased this from my local Scrapbooking store a while back. 

 

Here is what it looks like when you pull off the mask. Then you just let it dry and it gives your card a 3-d look.
