Just Sponge It: The Holiday Catalog is Live! Jingle Card!

So, you can now order from the Holiday Catalog! Yahoo!!! Stampin' Up! has managed to up their game once again. I've only used a few of the new products and I'm in LOVE with them. Don't have a catalog? Email me, I would be happy to mail you one.

Last week Patty Bennett came over for an afternoon of stamping. We didn't have a plan, normally we do. She brought over some new stuff to try, and I had many new things to play with too. Patty saw a card similar to this one on Pinterest, (what did we do without Pinterest, or the Big Shot??).

This is the card we ended up making. We used the Little Letters Thinlits Dies, and the new Under the Tree Specialty dsp. Oh, my! This heavier than cardstock paper is the Bomb! And I should tell you it really works great with the Gift Box Punch Board. More on that tomorrow....Also we made our card a bit narrow so the tales could stick out.

We found using Sticky Notes to keep the letters still worked good. I love the Magnetic Platform, but sometimes it makes the smaller dies jump around.

I lined them up "almost" perfect.

We put another piece of the same dsp under the Jingle with dimensionals. That really makes a big difference. Patty tried just gluing the banner piece and it looked better "popped" up. You can check out Patty's card HERE!

And this is what my 6' table looked like when we were done. It seems the more space you have, the more you use.......If you look close you can see a couple more projects we did. I just realized, we didn't use any STAMPS! How could that be?
