Happy Birthday Gift Card Holder Purse

This past week-end was a friends birthday. We opted for a gift card. So I wanted to make it look like a "real" gift. This little purse was perfect. I purchased Becky Roberts, 12 Days of Christmas and this is one of the projects. Becky has awesome projects.

 Who says the All is Calm dsp has to be for Christmas? I love how this turned out. I made a 3 x 3 card to go with the purse. The sentiment is from My Paper Pumpkin. One of my favorite sayings.

 As you can probably guess, our friend was turning 50 years old. This stamp set is memorable Moments. I haven't used this set in a while........And don't forget those awesome Feathers that have matching Framelits. I embossed one of them with Gold Embossing Powder.

I didn't realize this photo was blurry until now. Since I don't have the card to retake the photo, this will have to do. In keeping with the dots on the purse, I embossed the card with the Large Polka Dots Embossing Folder. I even lined the 3 x 3 envelope with dsp. using the Envelope Liners Framlits, #132172, (which I forgot to list below).
