Project Life by Carrie Cudney

We had so much fun yesterday at Stamp-a-rama! Carrie was nice enough to take a photo with me.

 We were all working on our cards. So glad that Carrie joined our swap.

This is Carrie's card. So glad I got to make one. Wonder what dsp she used? Its the All is Calm dsp and we brayered over with Lost Lagoon Ink. GENIUS! The dots are from the Festival of Trees stamp set. You would usually use it to "decorate" your tree, but Carrie used it as a "background" stamp. Never would have thought to use it like that!

 Carrie did a little demo featuring the Hello December Project Life, in the 2014 Holiday Supplement.

She first used the Star Mask and White Craft Ink to decorate the front of her album (sorry for the blurry photo). You can see the 2 sets of masks on page 205 of the big catalog. Each set comes with 2 different masks for $2.95 a set. 

 I LOVE how she did the plate. After stamping the hello DECEMBER she tied a piece of the Cherry Cobbler Baker's Twine and a All is Calm Snowflake Embellishment to the plate. I am so going to copy her! My album will be here tomorrow, yeah!!

 Here is one of the cards that come in the Card Collection, on the left. She embellished it with some of the items in the Accessory Pack. Then on the right, she used one of the Acetate Cards and a clear piece of window sheet, wrapped Washi tape around 3 sides and put in some of the sequins (accessory pack), then added the Washi tape to finish. Now you have a shaker card! So fun!

She used the wood pieces (also in the accessory pack) above, (left), then used 2 of the cards, put Washi Tape to bind them together, 

then you can open it up and add lots of journaling. I'm telling you, she is so clever!
