Fresh Prints Topiary

Have you ever thought of something and couldn't wait to make it? Well, I'd been thinking about this next project for a while and decided to go for it!
If you were able to come to my Occasions and Sale-a-bration Kick-off Party you got to see this up close. You can click on the photo to get a better look.
Ok, I'm trying out a new program called PicMonkey.com. I can see I need to make a few changes, but you can see the products I used.
I LOVE this Spiral Flower Die!
I used about a package and a half of the Fresh Prints Designer Series Paper Stack. Each pack has 48 sheets that are 4 1/2" x 6 1/2". So I got one Spiral Flower out of each sheet with a little left over. That means about 72 flowers on a 4" Styrofoam Foam Ball, attached with hot glue. I used a 1/2" dowel. And Plaster of Paris, is in the metal vase, which I had in my stash. I wrapped the dowel with the 5/8" Chevron Ribbon (but you could also just paint the dowel). Added the Cherry Cobbler Ribbon left over from the Holiday Catalog to the metal vase. I know the dsp has Real Red, but we don't have any Real Red wide ribbon. This ribbon goes pretty well, don't you think? You can find the dsp, spiral die, Chevron ribbon in my online store HERE!

Don't forget Sale-a-bration is in full swing now. FREE item with every $50 purchase (before shipping and tax) from the SAB Catalog.

Weekly Deals good through Monday February 3rd.

  2. Hi Cindy,
I am mostly a stalker and very seldom leave comments but I just couldn't leave w/o telling you how beautiful this is. I didn't think I needed that die but I may have to reconsider.
    Beautiful job!
