Make a Wish Birthday Card

I was going to post this yesterday, but I had a fun day with my stamping friends and just didn't have time.....I will be posting what we made starting tomorrow. This is another card my Stamp Club did this month. 

This was such a fun card to make. I seemed to be drawn to white on white or Vanilla on Vanilla cards lately. So we used the Perfect Pennants Bundle (stamp set with matching Framelits, and you save 15% when you get the bundle) and Gorgeous Grunge (for the splashes). I love both of these sets.

 

I used Crisp Cantaloupe and Coastal Cabana (I always want to call this color Copa Cabana,  a Barry Manilow song, I know I'm aging myself). To make the tag: Stamp the "Make a Wish" in the center of a piece of Whisper White cardstock (2" x 4 1/2"), then die cut the banner with the Framelits, and then punch with the new Scallop Tag Punch. Make sure your paper is all the way to the top of the punch.  Add your ribbon and attach with dimensionals. I added a few Gold Foil Stars. Don't forget to sponge on the tag and the top layer of Whisper White.
