Spotlight Die Cutting Video
This is a really cool technique, and the Big On You stamp set is the perfect set to use.
Stamp your image on Whisper White cardstock and then on the colored cardstock, in this case, Bermuda Bay. Using your Framelits, die cut the balloons, add dimensionals to the back and line up with the Whisper White image. Check out my video below.
This card I used Hello Honey for the base and the die cut.
Lost Lagoon for the base on the I think You're Pretty Swell.
