Happy Thanksgiving!

I just want to thank all of you who visit my blog. I love sharing all of my projects with you!
Have a safe & Happy Thanksgiving!
Every year, for the past 28 years (or so) my two BEST friends and I get together and decorate Gingerbread Houses together. All of our kids have been been making one as well. We usually get together the week-end before Thanksgiving. So who ever is available is welcome to come and make their house with us. We start in the morning, break for lunch, then continue until we are finished. Its a fun filled day, laughing, eating candy, and catching up. I'm really excited that my grandkids are now making their own houses now too. We have soooooo much candy, its not funny. I will share more photos tomorrow.
Jocelyn's & Gianna's House.
This is Anthony. He didn't understand that the candy was to be put on the house, not in his mouth. So he ate more than he decorated........
Below are my two granddaughters, Gianna & Jocelyn. Jocelyn was happy as long as she had her own frosting in a decorating bag. Take away that bag, and we would get a pouty face....
Here is all of us, except my daughter who is taking the photo. Do you think we have enough CANDY???

  4. What a great day you all obviously had - such fun and I'm sure a certain amount had to be pre-tasted before it became a decoration! The results are fabulous - thanks for sharing!!!
