So I made both of my kids stockings, my 2 nieces and now all three of my grandkids. Since I discovered stamping, I really don't want to Cross Stitch any longer. My eyes don't see as well and I need a bright light in order to do the stitching.
Ok, so here is Anthony's Stocking and both of my kids stockings:
Yes, what was I thinking? Its almost all stitching where the others are not.........
You can see that Taylor our Elf on the Shelf wanted to make sure Anthony saw that Grandma FINALLY finished is stocking. If you are wondering about the Santa Holder, my sister painted that for us a very long time ago when Toll Painting was so hot. We use it every year.
Now check out these cute ornaments my friend Lynne Marini made for my grandkids. She also did two for my nieces. Are they not the cutest? Lynne has an embroidery machine and does FABULOUS work.
My grandkids LOVED them and was so excited to put on their Christmas Tree.
So today I'm putting on the finishing touches on my treat trays, finishing up my wrapping and cleaning up everything for Santa to come tomorrow morning. My son, daughter and grandkids will be spending the night. Christmas is so much more fun when you have kids. My grandkids are at the perfect age too, 5, 8, and 9 years old.
I hope you all have a MERRY CHRISTMAS!
